Implementation of preventive measures against new coronavirus infection

At KYOTOGRAPHIE Kyoto International Photo Festival 2021, we will take measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases based on the guidelines of the national government, Kyoto Prefecture, and Kyoto City. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as we will take the following measures at each venue so that visitors can appreciate the work with peace of mind.

For this edition of KYOTOGRAPHIE, the festival takes measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This is in accordance with city, prefectural, and national guidelines. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Request to all visitors

  • Please wear a mask.

  • Please cooperate with alcohol disinfection of hands.

  • Body temperature will be measured with a non-contact thermometer when entering each venue.
    Those who have a fever of 37.5 ° C or higher will be refused admission.

  • Please keep a certain distance from other customers when watching or waiting in line.
    In some cases, the staff may speak to you.

  • Please refrain from talking in a loud voice.

  • Please refrain from visiting the venue if you think that you may be infected, such as those who are not in good physical condition or who are infected nearby.

  • Please also use the contact confirmation app provided by the government and local governments.

  • In addition, we ask for your understanding and cooperation in the infection control measures implemented by the festival.

Measures taken by the venue and staff

  • We will support you by wearing a mask.

  • Face shields and gloves will be worn as needed.

  • We will check the temperature and physical condition at the beginning of work, and will not work if you are not in good physical condition or if you live with an infected person.

  • We will thoroughly disinfect items and fingers regularly and clean the venue.
